What are people saying about our services?
"We are so grateful to have Kelli on our side. She is highly professional, well-connected, and widely respected in districts across the KC Metro. Her persistence gets results.
When we were too frustrated to trust our own words, she spoke for us in meetings. When we were too exhausted to know what to do, Kelli gently suggested next steps, empowering us to continue to elevate our concerns for our daughter. When the district tried to gaslight us, Kelli was there to provide a reality check and remind us we were still in the right.
Sometimes getting your child an IEP or proper support is straightforward process. Sometimes it turns into a tedious game of endurance chess. If you find yourself in the latter category, Kelli Johnson is the grandmaster you want on your team."

"I don’t even know where we would be without Kelli. When the school district had been sending children with Down syndrome to other schools than their own for years, Kelli came to the meetings with me and used her knowledge and experience to help me advocate and say the things I was too timid to say and ask the questions I wouldn’t have known to ask. With her help, the district decided in our favor to send my son to his homeschool in the district for kindergarten. Then again when that kindergarten was having issues being compliant with his IEP and I wanted him to repeat kindergarten she was there to help me advocate and get my son what he needed. She has years of experience, great advice, and the ability to say what others are maybe too afraid to say, all while still being respectful and helping to maintain a good relationship with your family and the school. She helps you feel like you aren’t alone during emotionally charged and often complicated IEP meetings. I definitely recommend her to any family who is in need of someone to help advocate for the things we know our kids deserve!"

Kelli is a trusted ally through the IEP process. I am grateful that we had her with us the last 2 years. She has a strong knowledge base, a master in navigating the process and relationships, and she has good connections to turn to if she does not know an answer.
I was hesitant to make the initial phone call, but I do not regret the decision. She moved the IEP process forward and removed the stress off of me. She has been my ally, coach, mentor and a friend.
Never go alone to an IEP meeting.
